I'm going to bold and underline this for you, because it's the last time I'm going to explain this. Hopefully you grasp it this time. Ozzie Guillen and Lou Piniella were Managers. Theo Epstein is a General Manager. Huge difference. And even if those situations were anything close to what's going on here, the two prospects sent for Guillen were basically nothing. Just because they are top ten prospects in the Marlin's organization, doesn't mean they would be top ten prospects anywhere else. Maybe Houston.

Generally, I agree with that statement. But I'll never agree that top prospects are fair compensation for a General Manager to leave one year on his contract.
