Sox lefty confident after throwing 10-15 changeups Sunday

There has been a legitimate change in Jon Lester's changeup this spring. With the left-hander down to one more exhibition start, he can now say for sure that the pitch he has been experimenting with for all of camp will not be left on the cutting-room floor when he makes his first regular-season start April 8 against the Rays.
