By my count (excluding guys only here in 2003), he was directly responsible for 14 of the 25 guys on the roster so he only didn't compile 44% of the roster and not 90% like you claim, and guys he got like Dave Roberts, Orlando Cabrera, and Keith Foulke (thanks bwitty forgot him) were crucial to the ALCS and WS win.
