    Red Sox Jason Lane

    Red Sox signed outfielder Jason Lane to a minor league contract and assigned him to Triple-A Pawtucket.
    Lane was let go by the Yankees earlier this week after hitting .236/.340/.447 with 16 homers and 51 RBI in 97 games at Triple-A.
    Saux are just signing people left and right. They also signed catcher David Ross today who was released by the Reds. Saux are getting troops together for the final stretch as they now have a fight on their hands if they want to make the playoffs.
