BrewerBall- You could have easily made ONE THREAD entitled Red Sox trade interest, and then gone ahead and named every player under the sun. But to pollute the board with 57 different threads for every player that the red sox MIGHT be interested in is a bit overboard. So, while I, like most others, appreciate the activity on the board, you could make your points in a slightly more organized way and avoid this kind of reaction.

dude, i was just joking. it wasn't supposed to be a bash at brewerball. i actually appreciate what he's doing. i was more making fun of the media and the sox for being "interested" in so many players. i hate when teams say they're interested in all these guys, and then they don't do anything. or when guys like gammons (who i love, don't get me wrong) make up these trade scenarios that have no validity.

my bad LJ...my thinking was that by making a different thread for each player that it would allow for discussion of just that player in that thread and avoid any confusion that may have been caused by a mass thread with everyone in it. Advice is duly noted and I will use that approach next time...sorry about that again!

I just felt it was easier to have one. That's my feeling. Like I said, other people can feel however they want, but I prefer one....especially when they're all about the same thing(just with different players)
