Interleague vs The Brew Crew

The Brew Crew invade Fenway Park this weekend for three games. In game 1 Jeff Suppan will be matching up against Dice K.Suppan comes in with a 2-2 record and a 4.63 ERA while Dice K will go for 7 games with 0 defeats and has a very good ERA in 2.45. In the 2nd game Dave Bush who has been horrible for the Brewers with a 1-4 ERA and a 6.06 ERA will face off against Tim Wakefield who I sure hope can do much better than his last outing which lasted only 2.2 innings and allowed 6 runs. In the finale Carlos Villanueva who hasn't pitched well also for the Brew Crew with a 2-4 record and a 6.00 ERA will face off against what looks like a fill in pitcher for Clay Buchholz in Masterson. The Sox must end this 4 game slide against these pitchers who are not having the best of seasons so far.

Yes, but all three have pitched much better the last two outings. Stats sometimes are very misleading. But with the Red Sox having lost 4 straight, that makes me very nervous. They could very easily sweep the Brewers.

Plus the Redsox are playing much better at home then on the road which is where the Sox just had the 4 game slide.

Game 1 is being delayed by some rain. They should be able to get this one in though, but I am no weather woman.
