Fact. Schilling is their best player as long as he stays healthy and should win 13 games.
Fact or Fiction: Sox won't win the world series this year.
Fact, only because I always take the field in questions like that. I think they could be the favorites, but too much can happen in the reg. season and postseason.
Fact or Fiction: Edgar Renteria will be vastly more productive than the Sox SS tandem last year
Fact: This was a hard one (why their hasn't been a post for a while). I just have a feeling he will. He certainly has the talent to.
Fact or Fiction: Clement will win 13+ games?
Fact. If he was on any other team, it would've been fiction. But Sox have a good team, and I think Clement can pitch well enough to get 13 wins.
Fact or Fiction: Schilling will win 16+ games.
Fiction: He will not have enough starts to get 16 wins
David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez will combine for 80 HRs this season
2003 Hybrid World Champion (115-47 reg season, 11-4 playoffs)
TBL: Anaheim Angels 2006-present (238-244 regular season, 1 division title)
MSL: St Louis Cardinals 2013-present (2734-2936 regular season, 5 division titles, 2 championships)
TSSL: Seattle Mariners 2006-2029, Pittsburgh Pirates 2030-present (209-277, 5 division titles w/SEA, 1 championship w/SEA)
Fact: They have combined for 14 thus far and they play in a friendly park and ahead of last year's pace.
Fact or Fiction: Mark Bellhorn will duplicate what he did last year.
Fiction: Bellhorn is a good player who I believe is off to a slow start...but he's not as good as he was last year. He'll still be a competent 2B.
Fact or Fiction: Foulke will break the 40 save barrier this year.
Fiction- For some reason he will get 37-39, just a hunch
The Red Sox wont have anyone with more than 18 Wins.
