The coaching staff is also expected to be fired after the final game of the season.
Of course nothing's going to change if Jeannie hires yet another member of the Lakers "family" not named Jerry West to run this shitshow or promotes Pelinka.

Rumors are Magic did going out the door...
You can take this 3-ring circus... Lavar, Jeanne, and LeBron and shove it.
Honestly though Jeanne is like working for Jerry Jones or Daniel Snyder you never are really in control of anything.

This entire hilariously fun ordeal made me look at Jeannie Buss' twitter account. She's a wrasslin' fan, that's cool.
Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!

Jeanie Buss needs to “find her Andrew Friedman,” @BillPlaschke writes.
Jeanie Buss needs to look outside the Laker family -- and beyond Rob Pelinka -- to fix her organization
The comments are as expected.
- 3 time finals loser and architect of one of the worst pitching staffs in the league? sure.
- I'm guessing a championship is not the goal then.
- Perfect guys. Then not only will the Lakers never win championships but they'll have a puppet coach and Siri or Alexa will be determining their starting lineups.
So...Magic quit apparently because an e-mail from Pelinka criticizing him to Jeannie appeared within the e-mail string that Jeannie blind CC'd Magic in.
I mean, if it was normal protocol for Jeannie to BCC Magic in her e-mails with Pelinka, then Magic comes off as the one with thin skin, really.

Lakers are moving forward to offer the HC job to Ty Lue. Because the last time they hired LeBron's former head coach from Cleveland, it worked out so well...
