1. being mean is kinda harsh. it was a joke really. the knicks might be the only team in the league that is a bigger joke of an organization than the lakers [maybe the kings too, but no one cares about them], so its kind of hard to be mean in my place of fandom.

2. pau gasol had nothing to do with my argument. again... he was just part of a kobe quote. my meanness/joke, was based around kobe's delusionality, that he was trying to sell lamarcus aldridge on the lakers, by saying "come here, and be the number 2 to a psychopath, whos 37 and might very well be finished". instead of selling it as "this is a historic franchise, i have a winning pedigree, come here to team up with me for a couple seasons... youll be the man, and ill step up when im needed. ill be the robin to your batman". like a normal human being wouldve done.

3. greg monroe to milwaukee, 3/50. im not upset persay, but since we're gonna strike out on aldridge and jordan, i almost wish we didnt sign afflalo... and just went into straight up sixers tank mode, and started recouping 1st round picks by taking on bad contracts. oh well.

oh and monta ellis to indiana seems pretty official now. i assume its around the 3/32 i originally heard, but i dont know for sure at the moment.

4/44 for ellis. and he allegedly turned down 4/48 from the kings because of income tax issues. and because theyre the kings, presumably.

and aron baynes signed a deal with detroit, similar to what brandan wright signed with memphis [3/18]. brandan wright is a much better basketball player.

and im also reading the lakers also offered greg monroe the max, before he signed with milwaukee.
