57. Indiana selects SG Russ Smith, from Louisville

Indiana gets zero production from their bench and is one significantly undersold reason why they have been bounced by Miami the past two seasons. Evan Turner, Luis Scola, this guy, that guy.. I don't even know what their past few draft picks have done. OH that's right, one was a starting center for Phoenix and the other won the NBA Finals MVP recently. So, with Russdiculous, he's instant offense. He's really too small to be a SG and he probably doesn't have the PG skills but he can be a hell of a scorer and force turnovers (seriously, run a loop of the number of forced turnovers he and Peyton Siva caused together, you'll be entertained for weeks). That's more than George Hill can say these days.

58. The San Antonio Spurs select Vasilje Micic, PG Serbia

The Spurs are the only team I feel comfortable and fine with taking foreigners with. I shall be doing the same at 60.

59. Toronto selects SF Chase Fieler, from Florida Gulf Coast

Homer pick. Homer pick you ask, when he went to FGCU? Why yes. Mr. Fieler's hometown is about an hour from me. Plus he's a white guy with hops and range. A taller but not nearly as awkward looking version of Chase Budinger. He'd totally be in that crazy 2014 nba draft dunk tournament hammer and I will create, when we run the nba.

60. The San Antonio Spurs select Damien Inglis, SF France

Stash and grabs, woo! I can only picture in 5 years who the Spurs end up netting with one of these two picks, that makes us look back and go "how did he fall so far?" I'm pretty sure they took Manu with the last pick of a draft years back.

oh man... great rumor floating around of the kings dealing the 8th pick to detroit for josh smith. as if the kings couldnt get anymore dysfunctional and wonky... ike thomas, rudy gay, josh smith and demarcus cousins all on the same team. please let this happen basketball gods.

i kinda jumped the gun on that one actually... the rumor is now supposedly jason thompson and derrick williams to detroit for j smoove, and then some combo of ike thomas, mclemore and the 8th pick to boston for rondo. giving us... rondo, god knows what at the 2, gay, smith and cousins.

If they made no other transactions, the options would be Jared Cunningham, Jason Terry, and Ray McCollum. With the last being a PG technically. So yeah, clearly, they'll bring back John Salmons.
