    Orioles O's sign Japanese starter Wada

    Orioles Nearing Deal With Tsuyoshi Wada: MLB Rumors - MLBTradeRumors.com

    No news of any posting fee so not sure if there was one or not. His stats suggest he has good control and is being compared to Dallas Braden so it might be a good gamble. Thing is Braden gets to play most of his games in a pitcher's park while Wada won't have that luxury. A two year gamble isn't going to cripple the pitching starved Orioles.

    Wada will miss the season needing TJ surgery. I guess the comparisons to Braden were dead on
