Kevin Millar said Thursday that he picked up some bad habits while with the Red Sox, and now that he's away from Fenway Park he's using the whole field more.
"I can hit the ball the other way," Millar said. "In Florida I did a lot. And then you go to the other place [Fenway Park] and you don't. So now it's nice that the focus will be that way, center more so, than one direction." Apr. 14 - 9:03 am et

I'm not sure how bad those habits are since he went from Japan-bound to World Series champion in 2 years with the consideration those habits fit the park, but maybe this will be part deux of the Olivo Factor for Millar and he'll learn to hit well again.
