    I see it on a couple threads in the mod forum as well.

    It appears to only be on locked threads...but not all locked threads.

    edit: all 3 I see it on are also sticky'd

    all three threads i've seen this obscure anomoly on are sticky'd and locked.

    However, it's not like that on all locked and/or sticky'd threads.

    I even sticky'd and locked a thread in the Padres forum to see if it'd happen there and it didn't.
