A) Most of the newsworthy headlines on espn.com's page for the Atlanta Braves are for things such as ....Miguel Cabrera playing 3B, the rise of the Royals, Dan Uggla striking out more.... yeah. You get the drift.

B) The biggest move in months has been non tendering Peter Moylan and bringing him back on a minor league deal.

Then we have the non roster invitees, Moylan included as well as the legendary Josh Wilson. And Drew Sutton, yeah baby. Other than, nothing really interesting to note:

Braves fans have to be disappointed! They had one of the biggest collapses in baseball history and have done nothing to better the team. I know they have some good prospects coming up but they still needed to do something!

I'm not so sure. I think they are still going to be good next year. The division did get tougher, however.

They will be good too but not as good as last year. Kimbrel, Venters and O'Flaherty were rode hard last year and think that will spill over to 2012 in a negative way. A full season with Bourn should help but Heyward has to stay healthy as does Hanson and Chipper. Pastornicky and the SS position is a huge question mark going forward. Like you said, Trendy, most of the division bettered itself. Nationals and Marlins are going to be much improved and the Phillies are still the team to beat, even with Howard missing the first month. I would have liked to see the Braves pick up a bullpen arm or two and do a lot better than Josh Wilson.

It doesn't help the Braves' revenue stream that previous owner Time Warner signed away the team's TV rights to Fox for 25 freaking years.
