    Braves to retire Tom Glavine’s number

    Friday August 6, the Braves will retire Tom Glavine’s #47. I wasn’t able to afford to go last year when they retired Maddux’s number, but I am heading out in the morning to catch the ceremony and game tomorrow night. Before the Rays were born these were my guys so I am looking forward to it. Maybe Cooperstown in 2014.
