He doesn't sound too far from returning and the Braves are targeting a late-July date of moving him back into the rotation

It's looking like Tim Hudson (oblique) won't pitch until after the All-Star break.
He will likely throw a simulated game next week in Atlanta and then pitch sometime after the break. Mike Hampton and John Thomson are also not going to be ready until after the break, but all three are likely to pitch by the end of July.

Eddie Mathews hit 12 in June of 1955 for Milwaukee. With two hits, he also passed Hank Aaron for third on the Braves all-time hit list. Now if they could only have the same success in their bullpen
