Good thing is it looks like it's not that bad and he should be back tomorrow.ATLANTA -- Braves second baseman Kelly Johnson was forced to leave Monday night's game against the Pirates because of a right knee strain.
Johnson exited at the beginning of the fourth inning, and Martin Prado replaced him at second base. The Braves announced his status as day-to-day, and the second baseman believes Tuesday's off-day could be enough for him to return on Wednesday.
Before exiting, Johnson singled and scored during a three-run third inning. He said that he aggravated the knee while scoring from first base on Yunel Escobar's two-run triple.
